About this tool

What Auto-Culler by Exposure does

A single blown exterior sky or muddy underexposed interior can tank an otherwise strong listing set. Agents notice; portals do not forgive. This auto-culler scores brightness with histogram and mean analysis so you can reject weak frames early — before watermarking, compressing, or uploading.

Process up to 30 files per batch. Each image receives a grade and brightness readout so you can sort keepers from rejects in seconds instead of scrubbing a Lightroom filmstrip. Pair with Blur / Sharpness Detector for focus QA, then convert RAW/HEIC and finish with MLS Ready.

This is classical image analysis, not generative AI — fast, predictable, and free. When you need full AI listing polish (perspective, color, twilight) across the keepers, hand the culled set to the FOCAL RAYS editor.

Workflow tip: run after bracket organize on HDR shoots, or after a mixed phone+camera dump. Cull exposure first, sharpness second, delivery third.

Night exteriors and true twilight frames can score “dark” by design — use grades as guidance, not an automatic reject for creative set pieces.
