One photo is one successfully delivered standard edit of one source file: Editorial, Vibrant, Twilight, or Golden Hour, as a JPEG with the long edge up to 7680 pixels. Asking for another version of the same photo uses another photo. The pay-as-you-go price and both packs include that same edit.

A new customer can try 10 photos free, once, with no card. After that, pay as you go is C$0.40 per photo with a 10-photo minimum (C$4), the Studio Pack is 100 photos for C$35, and the Volume Pack is 500 photos for C$160. Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. Purchases are one-time and do not renew.

No. Purchased photos stay on your account until you use them. The 10 free photos are separate and are not taken out of a pack.

Yes. The balance is on your account. You can spend it across sessions and properties.

Email support@focalrays.org with the job. If no photo was delivered, we restore that photo so you can retry without buying another.

Jobs run in the background after upload. Timing depends on batch size and queue load. You can leave the page and return to the job when results are ready.

Checkout is Stripe-hosted. The summary names the option, the photo quantity, and the one-time price. A cancelled or failed payment does not add photos.
