One-time purchases. No automatic renewal. Use your photos across multiple properties. Purchased photos do not expire.

Do purchased photos expire?: No. Purchased photos stay on your account until you use them.
Can I use a pack across properties?: Yes. The balance sits on your account, so you can spend it on any property.
What files can I upload and download?: Upload JPEG, PNG, WebP, or TIFF. The download is a JPEG, with the long edge up to 7680 pixels.
What counts as one photo?: One delivered edit of one source photo, at the same quality on every option. Another version of that photo uses another photo.
What happens if an edit fails?: Email focalrays@gmail.com with the job. We restore that photo so you can retry without buying another.
What if I need a refund?: The refund policy covers delivered photos, failed jobs, and quality reviews. Read the refund policy
